Order Shipment

All orders with livestock(any live animals) are only shipped on Mondays,Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders without livestock may be shipped any day of the week. We reserve the right to delay shipment or hold fulfillment to a later time.

Order Delivery and DOA Policy

Canada Guppies Offers a live arrival guarantee which means that when you receive your livestock they will be alive. We also extend it to fish who were received in "bad condition" which will be assessed on a case by case basis. After the fish are in the customers care it is their responsibility for ongoing care for the fish. If a fish was received alive and later dies in the care of the customer Canada Guppies is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. If an order was left on  the doorstep or the equivalent of that (meaning place where the elements may affect the livestock) for more than 30 minutes after delivery, our live on arrival guarantee is void.

Making a Claim (DOA)

I your livestock arrived DOA Canada Guppies Will fully refund or reship the affected livestock. After the Livestock are received dead photos must be sent to info@canadaguppies.com within a one hour window beginning when the order was delivered (measured using the couriers tracking history).

Canada Guppies reserves the right to make changes to our policy without notice, it is your responsibility to be aware of our policy.
