Politique d’expédition

All orders containing livestock (live animals) are shipped only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure safe, timely delivery.
Non-livestock items may be shipped on any day of the week.
Canada Guppies reserves the right to delay shipment or hold fulfillment based on weather, workload, or other conditions to protect the health of your order.

We proudly offer a Live Arrival Guarantee, your livestock will arrive alive and healthy.
Fish that arrive in visibly poor condition may also be covered, evaluated case by case.
Once the livestock is in your care, ongoing health becomes your responsibility.
If a fish arrives alive but dies later in your care, Canada Guppies is not responsible and no refunds or replacements will be offered.
If the shipment is left outside or in unsafe conditions (e.g., doorsteps, mailboxes) for more than 30 minutes after delivery, the guarantee is void.

If your livestock arrives dead on arrival (DOA), we will reship or fully refund the affected livestock with a store credit.
To make a claim:
- Send clear photos of the DOA livestock to info@canadaguppies.com
- Photos must be submitted within 1 hour of delivery (based on the courier’s tracking time)

Canada Guppies reserves the right to update this policy at any time without notice.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand the latest policy.
