They arrived in great condition, were very carefully packed and they truly are dark blue. They were about half adult size so I’m Looking forward to seeing lots more of them as they get to laying eggs and watching them grow.
Snails were great, packed well and safely, but everything else was... not great. Paid for 1-day shipping on a weekend anticipating they'd get shipped out on the Monday. It wasn't until the following Monday that they shipped, though. That in itself was too bad, but acceptable. However, I reached out at the end of the week about the shipping delay and promptly got no response. Again, the snails are great but I cannot recommend them for their customer service.
They sold me fake moss balls and they keep deleting my review this is a scam and I would not recomend!

I found that I had to chase Canada Guppies myself to see what was happening with my order or why it hadn't been shipped yet. The communication and shipping notifications were very frustrating. This resulted in a MUCH longer delivery date than what was agreed upon when purchasing. I also received a surprise invoice in my email for a flight to get my order to me that I was not advised of when placing my order...
