We guarantee 100% live arrival on all fish and snails. If anything arrives dead, simply send a clear photo within 2 hours of delivery, and we'll issue a replacement or credit.
Orders usually ship within 1â3 business days once the fish are ready. We avoid shipping near holidays or extreme weather to protect your animals.
We offer Overnight and Express Shipping through Purolator, UPS, or FedEx depending on your region. Orders over $95 qualify for free shipping.

Currently, we only ship within Canada due to livestock export restrictions, but we plan to expand internationally soon.
Both. We breed premium lines in-house and also import select strains from certified Indonesian and Vietnamese farms under CFIA compliance.
Each fish or trio is packed in oxygenated, double-sealed bags, with insulated Styrofoam boxes and heat or cold packs depending on weather. Every box is labeled "Live Fish â Handle with Care."
Our packaging is designed for 48â72 hours of safety, but delays are rare. If your package is late, contact us immediately â we monitor every tracking number.
