🔄 Return & Refund Policy

🗓️ 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

Item must be unused, in the same condition as received
Must be in the original packaging
Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email) is required

If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.
⛔️ Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right!

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled as long as they are not pre-orders and have not yet shipped.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as inventory is reserved and prepared in advance.
If an order has already shipped before we respond to your cancellation request, it can no longer be cancelled.
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible by contacting us directly.

Once an order has shipped, it is considered final and subject to our shipping and live arrival policies.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

🐟 Live animals (Fish, Shrimp, Snails)
🛠️ Custom or special order products
🎁 Gift cards
🔖 Sale/clearance items

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
⏳ Please note: Banks and credit card companies may take a few days to process the refund.

📸 Note on Livestock

All livestock (fish, shrimp, snails) will naturally vary in appearance.
Photos on our site are examples — exact patterns and colours may differ.
