I am VERY pleased with my Magenta Mystery Snail from Canada Guppies!!! This was my very first purchase from them as they came highly recommended from many of my sources. I live in Alberta and my snail arrived in good condition. The packaging was very well done. I had also requested a female in my order instructions and Canada Guppies came through! Excellent job!
HOWEVER, be prepared for communication issues and confusing shipping notifications. I did see previous reviews regarding this before I ordered and unfortunately those reviews were 100% true in my case as well. I found that I had to chase Canada Guppies myself to see what was happening with my order or why it hadn't been shipped yet. The communication and shipping notifications were very frustrating. This resulted in a MUCH longer delivery date than what was agreed upon when purchasing. I also received a surprise invoice in my email for a flight to get my order to me that I was not advised of when placing my order...

OMG These are my favorite arrived a little late, but were so well packaged protected from anything . When I opened I was just blown away.. As tiny as they were they still had so much colour. I hade a couple that I thought hadn't made the journey, but gave them an overnight stay in shallow tub of the tank water and they were moving around in morning . Very very pleased with thin order CANADA GUPPIES has me hooked on these little gems I will get more and recommend you for sure thanks again
My snails arrived in perfect condition. Super well packaged.
There was a glitch in where They couldn’t be delivered to my door as there was no record of my unit ring up number. I had to go to the terminal 3 times before I could actually receive my package.
The merchandise is perfect.
The critter is amazing, and the patience of customer service is beyond any expectation. Dealing with this place is an absolute pleasure.
