I was a bit scared to order during our frigid canadian winters but to my surprise the snails were super well packed with a heat pack. I ordered 2 blues and 2 purple and glad to report everyone made it safe! Will defenetly order again
Blue Mystery Snail
This mystery snail (along with the rest of my order) came very well packaged, with the container nested within a very well-insulated box with a heat pack. Shipping took a little while to dispatch (they mentioned having a higher than normal order volume to get through) but that's ok - I would rather receive healthy livestock with due care put into the packaging for shipping across the country during winter than a rush job. Everybody is happy and healthy in the new tank. I highly recommend this seller and their livestock!
I was a little unsure about ordering live snails in the dead of winter but the box showed up fully insulated with a heat pad in it so the occupants of the box arrived happy and healthy. After acclimatizing to their new home, our Blue mystery snail and red ramshorn snail are happily exploring and are fully settled in.
