I was a little unsure about ordering live snails in the dead of winter but the box showed up fully insulated with a heat pad in it so the occupants of the box arrived happy and healthy. After acclimatizing to their new home, our Blue mystery snail and red ramshorn snail are happily exploring and are fully settled in.

My shrimps love this food. I ordered 2 containers of this food and I wish I'd ordered more because my Otocinclus catfish love it too. In fact they live in the shrimp feed bowl waiting for more snowflake food. Definitely try it. Shrimp, snails and Otos love love love it!

I initially ordered a pair of the blue platinum guppies and bloody Mary shrimp. I changed my order and their customer service was still great. The shrimp I ordered got delayed in shipping twice and the seller reached out ahead of time to assure me that they were ready to replace if anything happened. The shrimp surprisingly showed up all alive even after a week in shipping! I dosed with prime and acclimated slowly. The shrimp are all alive and colouring up quite nicely. I recommend ordering from this seller. They are currently having a free shipping promotion!

I just purchased a pair of blue platinum guppies and had them shipped to my home. Unfortunately they did not survive the trip and arrived DOA. It was a long journey to my home and the weather was very cold so I am not totally surprised. Upon letting the seller know what happened, they immediately offered to replace same day. I wasn't sure if I should chance it again now or wait until the better weather arrived. They assured me that they ship all the time without any issues so they recommended that we try it again. I agreed and 24 hrs later I received my new replacement fish along with 2 extra complimentary fish which was a nice surprise for me.
The new fish arrived safe and sound in a warm container and are now happily swimming in their new home. Customer service was excellent and I am looking forward to buying more fish/plants etc from them in the future. I highly recommend them. I might mention that the fish were shipped from Quebec to Ontario all less than 24 hrs later.
