Livestock is consolidated in Thailand, then processed through export coordination and Canadian clearance.

Once cleared in Canada, we ship to your door using our standard premium packing process and policy.

Send your order number and delivery time with the claim.

Approved claims receive either a refund or credit depending on the affected shipment leg.
